Shipping

Iron Star Fitness Equipment LLC offers shipping nationwide as well as local pickup. Please request a shipping quote before checkout.


NOTE: Shipping rates are ESTIMATES. Actual lead times may vary depending on the time of year and volumes the carrier is managing.


DEFINITIONS

Shipping - in general, shipping is NOT assembly. This means the item will be shipped, and may not be assembled, or may be partially disassembled.


In the case of NEW equipment, the item will likely be fully encased in a box, or multiple boxes, or crate/packaging, with a few exceptions, and you will need to assemble it once it arrives.


In the case of USED equipment, the unit may come fully assembled, or partially disassembled to fit into a truck for transport. In either case, the driver will NOT bring any unit indoors, into a garage, or into the home for a residence.


Freight - this shipping method is ALWAYS curbside for residential deliveries. Freight carrier will drop the freight at the curb. They will not bring the item inside or assemble it.


Local Pickup 

Items are available for local pickup (or nationwide shipping). For Local Pickup, any items not picked up within approximately 30 days of purchase may be assessed a 10% processing and service charge at Iron Star Fitness Equipment LLC discretion..


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Local Pickup 

Items are available for local pickup (or nationwide shipping). For Local Pickup, any items not picked up within 30 days of purchase will be assessed a 10% processing and service charge Fee.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged from shipping, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Under certain circumstances an exchange may be possible. Please contact us about exchanges. Restock, return shipping, etc. fees may apply.


Refunds

Restock, return shipping, and processing fees will apply to all orders returned.


If a client places an order and subsequently requests a refund before pickup, a processing, service, and restock charge will apply to the order.


Any freight refused by customer, or any missed appointments where courier bills Iron Star Fitness Equipment LLC, will be customer's responsibility. Any undeliverable items will be returned to Iron Star Fitness Equipment LLC location, refunded (minus shipping costs, fees, and storage costs) and assessed a restock fee.


Items must be delivered within two days of arriving at the freight terminal. After two days the shipment will incur a $100 per day storage fee that will be due before delivery is completed.
